Sea Perch 2015
Sea Perch is a complex, ongoing challenge for students in Parkland IED. We begin with an analysis of the problem, research some design strategies and then field test our models. Then we are off to compete at the Maryland Regionals in Annapolis.  This year, we also went to present at the Rockville Science Day where the students were able to discuss what they have done.
Our next step is to redesign each perch to perform a very specific task defined by the Navy as we convert the Sea Perch into a Spy Perch.
